Refund policy

If you have received your order in a condition you are unhappy with please contact us immediately (within 48hrs of receiving your order) by emailing kate@sweeterthanfiction.com.au. 

We have a strict guide for all returns, once you have returned your order we will complete a full inspection. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our standards. 

We do encourage buying for others through our website and understand that sometimes gifts can not be right. We do offer store credits for this reason however still require to be contacted as soon as possible. Email kate@sweeterthanfiction.com.au with any information and we can discuss the next steps. Once the order has been sent back and fully inspected we will then organise to provide your account with a store credit.
